When you are out working or out on your free time in between breakfast and lunch, try carrying a serving of protein powder in a container. Whenever you get a craving to eat, all you will need to do is add water, and your protein shake will throw out all those unwanted cravings until lunch time.

A really useful weight loss tip is to set a limit to the amount you eat during your meals. When you are going out to eat, try asking for a couple of small to-go boxes in advance, and when you receive them, put the amount you are going to eat in one of the to-go boxes. This will set the amount you eat for one meal preventing you from overeating and throwing in more calories. Put the rest of your food in the other to-go box for another meal, you have just made one meal into two and saved the amount of money you would have normally spent for one meal. Also, another way you can avoid overeating is right after your finish your dinner, try brushing your teeth for a good two minutes and flossing afterwards. Doing this can help tremendously in helping you from overeating, you will be substituting a usual dessert of cake or ice cream with dental hygiene!
